Happy New Year!

January 6th, 2011 — Ray Welch

Yes, we are a little late in offering up the celebration, but things have been pretty hectic around the ThirsTea offices as of late.

We are currently working on a new website.  It will be easier to navigate, offer a LOT more information, and will include a new, easy-to-use online store.

We have been working on a “new and improved” iced tea concentrate offering.  Now before you get all upset that we are changing a taste profile that you have enjoyed for 30+ years, let us say that we aren’t making ThirsTea® new or improved in that way.

You’ll have to wait and see what we’re talking about, but we promise the wait won’t be long.   We’ll give you the skinny on everything before the end of the month, but it’s exciting and I think you’ll enjoy the change.

What else has been happening, you ask?  Planning.

We have two big marketing promotions planned this year.  One of them involves cars making left turns at 140mph+ over and over and over.  That’s all we are saying on the matter until a little later this year. We know the season starts in February, but we are based in S. Florida.  We don’t need to spell it out for you, do we?

The second promotion involves lights, cameras and one very special ThirsTea® user.  Again, we’ll share more information further along in the year.  You’ll just have to check back often OR send us an email through our Contact Us form (by clicking on this highlighted link, right here) and we’ll let you know whenever we have important news to share…typically once a month.

Our next update will be posted here within the week.  It will touch on the “new and improved” theme and will shed a little more light on what we have planned.  We aren’t ready to share the entire story yet, but it should whet your appetite a little.

Thank you to everyone who made 2010 a good year.  We wish you a happy, joyful and prosperous 2011.

…p.s., don’t forget to follow us on Twitter (@ThirsTeaCorp) and please check out the Foodservice Beverages blog (by clicking here)
